Job Description

Responsibilities

Supervising the kitchen team.

Giving instructions to the kitchen aids and coaching and managing them.

Neatly presents the food on food platters.

Stock control and management: making orders.

Controls the quality and freshness of the products.

Ensures the working space stays clean, during and after the shifts.

Makes suggestions about new ways of preparing and presenting the food.

Ensures that the rules of hygiene are being followed (HACCP).

Requirements

You have proven experience in kitchen settings.

You have the ability to safely use kitchen equipment and appliances.

You have Sound knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
