Event Assistant (Internship/student job)

For this internship, we are looking for a motivated student to join our Events team on different venues (Jardin Hospice and Rooftop 58 (possibility of 3 additional venues)).

YOUR ROLE

Our team is looking for a motivated profile, who is autonomous, ready to take on many initiatives and responsibilities, help our team with its many upcoming projects and become part of our Family.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

→ Community management: help manage our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

→ Help sort and manage the different demands/offers that we get on a daily basis.

→ Make appointments and organise visits with potential clients.

→ Follow up with potential clients.

→ Help before, during and after the events for its organisation and smooth running.

→ Optimise the information flow between the events and communication team.

→ Assist the Event Manager in teir daily tasks.

The internship will mostly take place at our guinguette Jardin Hospice, in the city centre of Brussels.

You’re a student in the sector of events, communication, management, public relations

You’re available for a period of minimum 3 months.

You’re motivated, you can handle pressure and you have great communication and teamwork skills.

Multitasking, organisation and stress resistance are of essential importance.

You love to manage different projects at the same time.

You speak French and English fluently.
