As head of the Bar team you will have to manage a large team of people and ensure the succesful handling of the bar.
Managing the bar team
- Organise the tasks and assign them to the team
- Making sure of the quality of the service at all times
- Contributing to the improvement of the techniques and skills for an efficient flow
Inspire and motivate your team
Be responsible for the continuous coaching and training of new team members
Being aware of, and applying the health, safety and quality standards
Collaborating with the Waiting Team and other departments of Jardin
Creating technical sheets for the cocktails
Stock control and management
Maintain full knowledge of the Drinks Menu and its content
Set up and maintenance of the bar
You have experience in a similar environment and you are able to demonstrate an excellent level of leadership in a team environment.
Having experience as a manager is a must.
